Evokers' Ray

Evoker's Ray

Evocation cantrip (Sorcerer, Wizard)

Casting Time: 1 action
Range: 60 feet
Components: V, S
Duration: Instantaneous

A ray or rays of energy lash out toward targets within range. Make a ranged spell attack. On a hit, the target takes 1d8 of damage. You can choose the damage type of the rays: Fire, Cold, Poison, Acid, Thunder, or Lightning. 

At Higher Levels. You create more than one ray when you reach higher levels, and each ray's damage increases. You create two rays that deal 1d8+1 damage at 5th level, three rays that deal 1d8+2 damage at 11th level, and four rays that deal 1d8+3 damage at 17th level. You can direct the rays at the same target or at different ones. Make a separate attack roll for each ray.
