2nd level evocation (Artificer, Bard, Druid)

Casting Time: 1 action

Range: 60 feet, 15-foot radius

Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute.

You fire a mote of arcane energy that detonates and fires tiny glittering fragments in the area. Any creature in the area must make a Dexterity saving throw; on a failure, the creature takes 4d4 radiant damage and is also outlined in glittering light. On a success, the creatures take half as much damage and are not outlined in light. Objects and creatures that failed their saving throw shed dim light in a 10-foot radius. Any attack roll against an affected creature or object has advantage if the attacker can see it, and the affected creature or object can't benefit from being invisible. 

At Higher LevelsWhen you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d4 for each slot level above 2nd. If you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the duration is 1 minute and doesn't require concentration.
