Bull Weed
Leaves from the wyssin plant are dried and rolled into a tobacco-like substance and smoked. They are popular among the low class day-workers and the enslaved Hadeeb.
Effects.
All Wisdom Tests by the user are made with -1 for every dose taken. After the user completes a long rest they must pass a DC 11 Wisdom saving throw to remove this effect, or it lasts indefinitely.
The user's Strength score is temporarily increased by 1d3 for 1d2 hours.
Overdose. Creatures have been known to become sterile with prolonged use.
Addiction. DC 6 (Wisdom), monthly dose. Failure to get a dose - 1 reduction to one Ability Score.
