Venge

Venge takes the form of a black flake, which is mixed with hot water so the vapors can be inhaled.

Effects. Venge causes a creature to experience bliss for 1d20 minutes, during which time it is charmed by every creature it sees. Creatures under this effect do not react kindly to being taken out of their stupor. During this time, the creature is immune to other Charm effects but is considered to have the Poisoned condition.
