Duration: Instantaneous.
You instantaneously link your pain to the creature that just damaged you. The creature must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes psychic damage equal to half the damage you just took. On a successful save, the creature takes no damage.
At Higher Levels. If you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, you can choose to cast the spell Sympathetic Link on that creature freely, at no cost, immediately after this spell is resolved, and as part of the same reaction.
