Titus served as Lord Marshal on the Council of Teziir. He was the highest ranking member of the Zhentaurim in Teziir but was killed after he declared martial law and attempted to conquer the city. In the end he was found out to have been using dark magic to absorb the souls of the dead for some nefarious reason or other. THE TIP confronted him resulting in his death.
