Likkar Whiskers

Likkar is a male tabaxi entertainer of Mivor. He used to be a criminal in his younger years but switched to entertaining the people of Mivor when he fell in love with the village. He also owns a small tavern called the Milk Pit. His tavern was closed down and he is forced to work for the order cleaning their ships.
