Not far from Northgate sits the small town of Northvik, what was once just a bridge across the main river has not become a small stop for travellers entering Rivermond. The town happens to sit upon a silver deposit, some believe the same that the mines of Northgate are mining which has made some set up mining businesses in Northvik after being rejected up in Northgate. However many lives have been lost due to poor mining and greed. Many of the mines have ended up being flooded due to mining close to the river. People who live in Northvik have given up on that aspect and warns newcomers to mine at their own risk.

It is owned and operated by a retired traveller named Emrik, who has travelled the country and loves to share his stories with his guests. The inn is clean and cozy at first glance, the bedroom is a large room with several bunkbeds.
- The Page Turner: The local bookstore, owned and operated by a book enthusiast named Clara.
The bookstore is a popular spot for bookworms, as it has a wide variety
of books and reading materials, ranging from classic novels to knight's tales.
- The Collectors' Stop: The local trinket shop, owned by a curious gnome named Fizzbang. The shop
is filled with a wide assortment of trinkets, ranging from unique
shells and driftwood to magical items and rare curiosities.
- The Dauntless Ledge: The local tavern in the town of Northwik, named after a nearby rocky cliff that overlooks the gylder river. It is a popular spot for locals and adventurers alike, known for its good food and drinks, friendly atmosphere, and outdoor seating. The tavern is owned and operated by a retired river sailor named Jack, who enjoys sharing his stories of his time on the gylder river with his patrons.
