Ninsama is a small village located furhter inland from Tzoka by a river that connects the two. It was founded many years ago by a group of nomads who were searching for a place to settle down. Over time, the village grew and became a bustling village with a thriving marketplace and a tight-knit community. However, everything changed when the people of Tzoka fled to Ninsama during its occupation by a foreign army. The influx of people caused Ninsama to rapidly expand into a larger town in just a month's time. The new residents set up shops and homes to accommodate the large number of refugees. The people of Ninsama were happy to help, but after Tzoka was retaken by its rightful rulers, most of the people returned to their homes, leaving Ninsama with an overabundance of supplies and not enough demand.

With too much inventory and not enough customers, the people of Ninsama were forced to turn to new ventures. Some turned to farming, while others became traders, traveling to other towns and cities to sell their goods. Crime also had a spike during this time, as the town struggled to adjust to the sudden changes. Old Sekino Yodo was appointed as the town's magistrate and he has been running the town strictly since then. The Yurami Samurai patrol the streets to maintain order and keep the peace. However, the increased presence of Samurai has made some of the locals uneasy, as they fear that they may be subjected to unnecessary scrutiny or punishment.

Despite the challenges that Ninsama has faced, the town continues to thrive. The people of Ninsama are resilient and have found new ways to prosper in the wake of the refugee crisis. They are proud of their town's heritage and are determined to protect it from any threats that may come their way.
