Poison Grenade

The Poison Grenade is a deadly weapon designed to unleash a cloud of highly toxic poison upon detonation. Crafted with precision, it consists of a glass vial containing one ounce of a lethal poison mixture, which is dispersed upon impact.

As an action, a character can throw the Poison Grenade at a target point within a range of up to 60 feet. Upon impact, the glass vial shatters, releasing the toxic contents and creating a cloud of poisonous gas in the surrounding area. The Poison Grenade affects all creatures within a 20-foot radius of the detonation point. Each affected creature must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the creature suffers 10d6 poison damage. On a successful save, the damage is halved.

The poisonous cloud lingers in the area briefly, dissipating after 1 round. Once the initial damage is dealt, creatures entering or remaining within the affected area are not subjected to additional damage.

Poison Grenades are often obtained through illegal means, such as black markets or specialized underground networks. They may be crafted by skilled poisoners or acquired from individuals with knowledge of deadly toxins. Access to Poison Grenades may require connections with criminal organizations, specialized assassins, or those involved in the darker aspects of the world.
