Stormbound Gauntlets

Gauntlets (Requires attunement)

A pair of mastercrafted Stormbound Gauntlets. While wearing these gauntlets, you can manipulate elemental lightning that courses through these gloves.

They come with various abilities.

Overcharge. You can spend 1 charge to overcharge your gauntlets in order to deliver a shocking touch. The target must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or be stunned. The target can repeat the saving throw at the start of each of its turns. On a success, it is no longer stunned. Creatures resistant to lightning damage have advantage on this saving throw

Lightning Javelin. You can spend 2 charges to hurl a single Javelin made of lightning at a point you can see within 100 feet of you. Each creature within 10 feet of that point must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw, taking 8d6 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Lightning Sphere. You can spend 4 charges to form a sphere of lightning in your hands and hurl it toward a target of your choice that you can see within range. A target can be a creature or an object. Each creature within 20 feet of the sphere gets hit by intense lighting strikes. A target must make a Dexterity saving throw. The target takes 10d8 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
