The Blade of Triumph has been the ancestral heirloom of the Wilds family since the First Age. Forged in a time of great strife, it was created to be a symbol of hope and victory in the face of overwhelming odds. Throughout the ages, the sword has been wielded by the greatest heroes of the Wilds lineage, each of whom has added to its legend. Many believe that as long as the Blade of Triumph remains with the Wilds family, they will continue to triumph over adversity.

Attunement:

The Blade of Triumph only attunes to a creature who embodies the virtues of courage, honor, and justice, often requiring the wielder to demonstrate their commitment to these ideals through noble deeds.

Special Features:

• Enhanced Strikes: The Blade of Triumph grants a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon.
• Aura of Courage: While attuned to the Blade of Triumph, the wielder and allies within 10 feet of them cannot be frightened.
• Triumphant Return: When the wielder drops to 0 hit points but is not killed outright, they can drop to 1 hit point instead. This ability can be used once per long rest.
• Light of Victory: The blade sheds bright light in a 30-foot radius and dim light for an additional 30 feet. This light is considered sunlight and can be activated or deactivated with a command word.
