The Spire.
It is a dark tower, haunting and foreboding, standing alone. Alternating red and white lights burn in regular circular patterns all the way up the tower, although you cannot see the top of the tower from the base, as it is constantly covered by clouds.
Rumors say that if you enter the Spire, you never come out, at least not in this world.
