Built at the same time as it's twin, the Western Water Tower, it also contains immense magic powers and secret knowledge.
Unlike the friendly golem, this tower is maintained by a rather judgmental flying creature. In a similar manner to it's western counterpart, the structure will take it's due in the form of emotions.
If one's not careful they will be left devoid of any feelings as the hunger of the building is never truly satisfied.
