Shan

Shan is the leader of the White Daggers, a street gang operating mostly out of the Warrens.  She has no love of authority figures, and dislikes any attempts by law enforcement or the Cornys Family to encroach on what she considers her territory.  She is also protective—perhaps overly so—of the people of the Warrens.  Like many of them, she arrived in the city as a refugee fleeing the devastation caused by Akkad's undead army.
