A story popularized among soldiers of the Promised War, the rusted Knights is a story of battlefield lovers who found each other on the battlefield and reunited in death. One wears the armor of Nexentrum and the other wears the armor of a Wakovan Knight. A story of sacrifice. They wander battlefields searching for those who met a gruesome end, helping their soul move on to the Underworld. This story is popular among anti-war advocates and veterans alike. Usually by one whos saw more bloodshed and death than victory. Stories say that in the late hours of the night looking over the trenches in to no man's land, you could hear the clanking of rusted metal and two ethereal figures blessing the deceased. A fair warning is to not interact with them, as they do not take well to those of either side of a conflict.
