The second Harbor of Hearts is a gathering of shardbound adventurers organized by the brothers Adrian and Arlo. The guildmasters organize many requests and tasks into bounties that Shardbound can complete. The harbor of hearts has traditionally been a detached entity of its host town, where any shardbound can join and complete bounties, but rarely can anyone but the guildmasters have any power or input into the guild's running, bounty creation, and organization process.
