Dazzlewing the Brilliant is the resident dragonet caretaker of the Wyrm's Nest, her rightfully declared domain. As the Nest's fastidious and benevolent ruler, she makes sure that all of the Dragonscale Accord's affairs are handled with the utmost efficiency, all its documents are kept in perfect order, and its goals are pursued under her shrewd and cunning direction. She accepts nothing less than perfection, but she understands that not everyone can be as radiant and flawless as her. That's why her subjects need her to care for them, after all, and she does love to be needed.

Dazzlewing is a lot. But she's good at her job, even though she just showed up one day and decided to start doing it. She appreciates it when those she tends to recognize her regal stature, but she knows they need her even if they think they don't. Her certainty in her authority is unshakeable, and she proves it by making herself indispensable to the organization she claims dominion over. She executes the requests of the Accord's leadership dutifully, so it's probably for the best to let her feel useful.
