Kingdom of Regal

Regal is technically united as a country, however, the Humans and Merfolk have separate governments for the land and the sea. The water-dwelling Merfolk prefer to be referred to as Aquadorian, while land beings stick with the traditional Spaindard identifier. The Merfolk allow Humans to handle all foreign affairs on behalf of everyone.  Some outsiders doubt that the Spaniards and Aquadorian  serve Christois and believe that they secretly worship Phantomb, due to their interests in conquests. Silver and White-haired Spaniards are considered superior to those with other hair colors, but it is implicitly implied.
