Empress Catalina is a human woman and is often seen as the mother of this Spain, despite the regality in the way she presents herself she treats everyone as equals. She speaks rather softly most times, and when she does speak at length it’s usually to inquire about the wellbeing of her company, or how she can improve the country. She is also the primary representative that speaks with Emperor Alejandro and Empress Morena when it comes to politics.
The populace would agree that without her, her husband Caesar Cristoval Çeron may not have done as well as he has now. Often, she can be seen walking the streets noting what can be improved or fixed, and even asking the lower born how their lives can be made better. There are some who are suspicious at how well she took to being married off to caesar, and believe she carries a secret resentment for him, although those rumors are baseless.
She can often be found walking the streets with a few guards or locked away in her castle room working on documents of reform, for the city.
