Ezelle Amunus

Princess of Kesu

It was revealed that Ezelle was the secret half-orc child of Pharoah Zerc and Tenebra, who was conceived prior to his engagement to Great Royal Wife Serene. Before this information was commonly known, Ezelle was considered to be a 31-year-old commoner who worked as a Palace Kepper in Kesu.

Ezelle's mother, Tenebra fled while pregnant with her once it was declared that the then Prince Zerc (Now Pharoah) was promised to marry Serene. Before that public declaration of the engagement, the Pharoah had begun to distance himself from Tenebra. Once she found out that she was with child, she opted not to tell Zerc due to that behavior. She became afraid that Ezelle would have been slain to better secure the royal line of Zerc and Serene, which would likely begin soon enough. Tenebra suddenly moved to the city of Dumery within Kesu and it is where Ezelle was born and grew up. Tenebra became sick while Ezelle was 16 years old and knew her time was near the end. She sent Ezelle back to the main city of Kesu in the care of her closest friends and loyal supporters. Tenebra died shortly after receiving word that her daughter had made the trip safely and that she was brilliantly hidden in plain sight. Only those who supported Ezelle's mother knew of the Princess's true identity, so this gave her the perfect opportunity to enact the plan that Tenebra had carefully gone over with her for years to take the throne.

As an adult, a man named Bengy joined their circle of trust and pledged his support of her. As his voice continued to inspire many new supporters, he eventually began to declare to himself to be King Bengy. With his help, they also developed an army and practically split Kesu. Their portion of the land that they divided and controlled was named Alexandria by Bengy. With enough followers, Bengy appointed certain individuals with positions and they began executing Bengy and Ezelle's ambitious plans of ruling Kesu after killing the Pharoah and his legitimate heirs. Practically all of their supporters held the belief that Ezelle and Bengy were going to wed. The Princess, who was called Queen Ezelle after Bengy's declaration,  was expected to fight alongside him in The Great War after assassinating her father, but she was never seen at the event.  Some suspect that Ezelle's cover as a commoner was blown in her attempt to kill Zerc and that she decided to run away for fear of persecution.

Ultimately, Pharaoh Zerc and his forces were victorious in The Great War. Since the war, Ezelle has disappeared and many think that she might soon try to somehow free her rumored lover King Bengy from prison prior to his official sentencing.

Known to adventures only: Ezelle is currently in servitude to The Knower and was resurrected by Prince Atigras Aszellem of Hungary as a female dwarf.
