A (former?) guard in the Vallaki town watch. He had been friendly with Lumen Dei and when the town turned against Heroes of Barovia he was viewed poorly as a result, when Malakor used magic to disguise himself and charm Frank in order to infiltrate the town Frank was thrown in the stocks as punishment.
