Commander of goblin/hobgoblin forces at Cragmaw Castle. Previously: Reluctant/bullied captain to bugbear King Grol. When Our Party killed the bugbear, sparing the goblins of Cragmaw Castle, Targor was able to take over, with more even-tempered control and aims - and much more respectful of his neighbors in Neverwinter Wood and Phandalin. In fact, he sent patrols to help protect Phandalin after the dragon attack in 1491 DR.
