Seeking to ultimately become the kingdom's (Zulkir ) of Illusion, he is pursuing an alliance with Severin Silrajin to gain the support of the Cult of the Dragon - to return with an army of dragons at his command.
He was encountered by Our Party in the Skyreach Castle encounter, but this turned out to only be a Simulacrum clone of himself. His assistant, Azbara Jos, was killed and replaced by the Zhentarim assassin Vyerith.
His whereabouts remained unknown, though he is presumed to continue to work with the cult.
