Berkeley began rapidly aging after Ygorl killed Primus. He made his last stand against the Aarokocra Swarmkeeps in the Battle of Nar Shadda. It is unclear if Berkeley died of old age or was slain by the Swarmkeepers.
Berkeley is a human who is the leader of the 10 Oath Keepers of the Pandora's Box. At one point a wizard, Berkeley has since lost most of his magical abilities. Due to a massive amount of Arcane power he used to seal the Pandorica Prison and lock Despair inside, he released the rest of his Arcane power to create what is known as "The Fog" in order to guard the Prison. Doing this unfortunately caused Berkeley to fall slowly into insanity.
Berkeley is “Time Locked” by a special bracelet given to him and the other Oath Keepers by Primus. This stops him from aging, but he can still be killed.
