Lady Elama Teinithra is a female elf who is the current ruler of Twoshire. Her father was the Lords Hand and when the Lord fell ill, he seized control over the city. After his death, his oldest daughter Elama took over as Lady. Under her rule, the town has undergone a harsh tone. Elama rules with fear and an iron fist. She insists that she and her family are loved by the town, when really the town hates her.
