Silverpearl is the largest and most civil of Clam Island's 3 cities. With a population of about 3,000, it is the location of The Defenders of Justice headquarters as well as the primary port for travelers. The city is unwalled and has stone roads and buildings. The primary income for the city is commerce and trade. Firearms and canons are regular sight here.
The head of the town is Lord Malark Cotchrin, a man who has a mind for trade and wealthy friends. He runs the town fairly and requires respect as well as gives it freely. His priorities are cleanliness and civil order but not at the cost of oppression.
The town has 35 DOJ officers on duty at any given time but can muster 500 in the case of an attack.
