Zephyer Keep is a point of high tension as it lays on the border of the Republic of Galifar and is less then a quarter mile from Fort Stonewall of Galifar. Khoravaire and Galifar have been enemy states for generations as the royal family of Khoravaire have attempted many invasion attempts over the years. The land in between the forts is known to the soldiers as "No Mans Land" as any militant that enters the area is grounds to be killed by the opposing stronghold. The balance is held in place here as the two strongholds watch each other.
