Gilgrick, exposed as a member of the Dragon Below cult, fled her post as Hand of the King after a humiliating defeat to an adventuring party. She fled to Galifar where she joined a large coven of Dragon Belt Cultists and made a desperate attempt to free the Super Virage Harudogan. She got all the way to Mount of Mortal Dragon but was confronted by 2 men who fought and killed her a mere 20 feet from her goal.
Gilgrick, a changling was originally from The Republic Of Galifar. All their young life they heard stories of the Isodai and longed to become one of them. So, as Gilgrick became of age, they shapeshifted into a human female, changed their name to Rayna, and fully dedicated to the female gender. She went through intense training and after many years, became an Isodai. After several years, serving as a mage in the female only guild, the Isodai found out that Rayna was not in fact actually female, but a changling who holds no biological gender. They expelled Rayna from the order after a trial where she was not allowed to defend herself. Afterwords, she fell in with a cult who promised to cleanse the world of all bigotry, ignorance, and intolerance... The Dragon Below. Now returning to the name Gilgrick, she still prefers the female form. Using her cult connections, landed a job as a body double for the King of Khoraviare after the King fell into illness, and with Gilgricks amazing magical talent, quickly work up to become one of the Kings Hands. Now, Gilgrick works behind the scenes, using their royal influence to secretly continue to further the cause of The Dragon Below to complete their revenge on the Isodai.
