Aynheller is built around a huge tree, affectionately called Nonni, or "The Most Beautiful" in ancient Alideian tongue. Known for its Ship Builders and the stories of traveling sailors. The mayor (Heward Peyton, Male Human) is no lord, but was appointed mayor by Lord Windal Stoneridge to try and repair the cities reputation for being a pirate haven. As such, he has governed the city harshly and become a feared tyrant. In contrast, Lord Stoneridge appointed his niece, Sir Portia Stoneridge, as sheriff. She is a knight of the Tethyr Royal Army and a compassionate person. Between Mayor Heward and Sherrif Portia, The races live together mostly in harmony.
The town is host to a small group of about 25 Tabaxi Druid who live in a small village in the nearby Thurgan Forest. The Tabaxi Druid come into the town daily to tend to the Nonni.
Defenses: The town is surrounded by simple wood and earth walls. 20 trained warriors serve in the town's defense, and a militia of 316 can be mustered in case of attack. The sheriff is Portia Stoneridge, Female Human.
