Captain Randolph "Blackmane" Zane is the current Bilge King of the Corvus Concord and the ruler of Crow's Rest. Captain of the Blood's Fortune. He has ruled as the Bilge King for over seven years now. He is highly respected (feared?) by the other captains of The Murder and their crews.
