Halanaestra Oriberos is the leader and founder of the The Fatebound. She is a master of the school of divination and a cleric of Qexros, who is also her husband. Together they have four aasimar children, Radomir Oriberos, Zenobia Oriberos, Serafin Oriberos, and Kanimir Oriberos, all of whom work with and assist the goals of the Fatebound. Much of Halanaestra's life was spent assisting Rilitar Volum in the role of Sorceress Supreme of the Volic Empire, providing magical guidance and knowledge as their conquest of Bruidan spread. Now, in the twilight years of the empire, she seeks other ways to bring peace and unity to Eochora, now understanding that force and warfare are doomed to failure.
