[Spell] Slow: A far character or object you choose becomes Decelerated.
[Action] You can freeze all of time until you allow it to resume. While time is frozen, you can still think, perceive your surroundings, and make Knowledge Checks, but do nothing else. No one notices that time was frozen after it resumes.
