Ruckus and Yashira met Rhazala on the 28th Sypheros, 998 YK, when she tried to recruit Ruckus into Daask. She grilled (and roasted) Yashira, and robbed both of them before she left them at Charlie's apartment.
She has sought them out several times since, even finding out where Yashira lived to bother her at home. She's growing on them.
She's facilitated several interactions between the party and Daask.
