Minister Luala is the minister for Flamekeep. She used to work in the Flamekeep library, both as a librarian and also as an educator, before her elevation to the Council of Flamekeep.
She is around 400 years old, and is one of the few people in Thrane who were alive and present during the Silver Crusade. She remembers it well, and makes an effort to educate people on that period of time from the perspective of someone who was there, who witnessed the curse that turned people into monsters, and the fear that did the same. Though she is no fighter, and wasn't during the Crusade either, she is capable of channeling the power of the Silver Flame.
Luala was selected to represent Thrane at the summit held in Droaam in 999 YK.
