Tilmann Fink is a necromancer of the Order of the Emerald Claw, with countless missions under his belt. He always carries a bag of holding with him, filled with skeletons that he reanimated at an earlier date, so he is never without reinforcements.
After Kaius ir'Wynarn III turned on the Emerald Claw, Fink was arrested and tried as a war criminal. He is now imprisoned in Dreadhold.
