Karka Darkbane is the current chieftain of the Moonreavers. She is an unusual individual, born to human parents but obviously touched by fiendish powers. She is likely some form of Sakah, but unlike most sakah in the Demon Wastes, she seems to have been touched by the influence of the night hags, rather than an overlord. One might call her a Hexblood.
Notably, she has a close relationship with her tribe's patron, Kyrale.
