Morel is an information broker in Festering Holt, who always seems to be sitting next to a patch of mold in the holt's inn, "Dead by Morning". He has a network on informants around town, though nobody knows who they are, and he always seems to know more than he should.
He has a peculiar odour about him, and there are definitely things growing in his beard, but he's never hurt anybody and his information is usually accurate.
