Slippery Guillermo is a Merfolk who lives in Vent Reef, in Cartilay. He is famous within Sowshore as being a Chimeramancer who specialises in granting gills to air breathers, which he often does at no cost. He claims this is to better foster understanding between Vralkast's peoples, both above and below the waves, but there are persistent rumours that it's some kind of fetish.
