Harash is the second-in-command of the Daask cell in Sharn, reporting directly to Cavallah. He is an expert at diplomacy, and spends a lot of his time monitoring the organisation and ensuring that morale remains high. He's in frequent contact with Kasslak, ostensibly to keep an eye on things in Malleon's Gate, but also because both of them are from Cazhaak Draal.
