Being an elf Theo was a soldier of Eifenlana under the current Queen in Lochtale. The country of Verin had been under the control of Eifenlana over the last 10-20 years has been liberated. As a liberation has come a lessened need for so many active soldiers, leaving a lot of the soldiers jobless. The queen essentially deeming those who failed as no use to her Those who are of fey decent. Elves satyrs some humans had the most dislike while races within the country like tieflings didn't care. Centaurs and leonins have a slight hate for all soldiers. Theo trained in monasteries in the way of the of the open hand until his late teens when he was expected to defend his country. After the war many years later he eventually came across a tabaxi pirate by the name of Delta who took many under her wing. In doing so Theo met two people. Domino Wittenmyer and Luna Eventide.
Theo met up with Shoal of the Reef who was with his friends at The Cove. Delta had informed him to keep an eye on the group to ensure that they don't cause any trouble. He aided the group as they confronted the Thieves Guild. During the encounter they defeated Kraken of the mercenaries.
Theo later would regroup and aid in support during the 2nd Demon War.
