While Lettem may be the charming face of the Rubble Runts, it's no surprise that Notnot is the true brains behind the operation. Having been childhood friends before the death of both their respective parents, the two became virtually inseparable after. Were it not for Notnot's shrewd nature and unwavering devotion to Lettem's dream, the squad would have surely dispanded long ago.
