A commune of artists, spiritualists, bohemians and hippies on the northern end of The Verdant Coast. The strong northern winds and access to the sea make it relatively more habitable than much of the peninsula.
Swansea has increased dramatically in population in the months since Taizhil was destroyed. Many refugees from Taizhil have moved into the commune itself, or to a growing neighborhood of tiny homes nearby. Swansea residents have been welcoming, but the logistics of incorporating so many new people into a small community has produced some tensions.
