Orphaned at a young age, Falco Covenless was raised on the streets of Onara. Falco survived by running scams on tourists, cutting purses and minor burglary, eventually attracting the attention of Tywin Blackwater, a leader of a minor thieves guild. From then on, Falco rose the ranks, eventually becoming Tywin's right-hand man. Eventually, more organized crime began popping up in Onara, leading to Falco betraying Tywin, and in the process, getting him killed. Falco, and fellow criminal/friend, Gorok Mosspelt, were awarded their own families, thus becoming the two largest crime families in the city. Now, Falco works for The Shadow Council, a mysterious organization with unknown motives.
