We use Kanka.io to track character records.
This is so we can easily look up things like mana, karma, xp and treasure for easy reference while building campaigns. That makes it easier for GMs to make adventures with an appropriate challenge.

Tracking characters consists of
- Make an an entry for your character on the characters page see Vandria, Skye,Kristina for examples
- Make and update your character's organization if you have one. see Unknown, Unknown for examples
- Update your Unknown every session
Multiple Characters
Normally a GM, or the head GM (Norm) tracks individual player's characters.
When players have multiple characters, book keeping can get out of hand. Therefore the requirement for multiple characters is that players must take the responsibility of learning Kanka.io and track all of their own characters.
