A dragonblooded tiny from one of many hidden villages of such around the world, ekeing out a living without worrying as much about the bigger folk as their village and cityborn cousins, who sometimes end up as pets or worse. Lin grew up a bit stupid so far as the others of his village were concerned, a cute young tiny with dreams of seeing the wider world and learning all about it. He was expected to get himself killed in short order by his family, but, fortunately, he ended up instead stumbling upon a magical academy and managing to get all the excitement and learning he ever wanted, for a time, by hiding amongst the young men and women there...Even befriending one or two, including a young Ivy Lockheed.
After some time however, things grew dangerous, especially after a couple students brought along some pet animals, and that combined with wanderlust forced him onward...He's explored a great deal of the world by now, somehow surviving from place to place. But the greatest change to his life came when he was scooped up and carried into the land of Aegyptus by a strange woman, and introduced to the growing cult of a group of divinities...Their teachings, for whatever reason, resonated with the tiny...and he left determined to bring his people to live in this new land...Only to find nothing remained but a bloodstained ruin amidst a foot shaped crater. After that, he was taken in somewhat out of pity when he collapsed outside the gates of Greenest, living amongst the people there as a sort of mascot healer, until he contracted to serve a caravan heading away from town for a time, he's very much looking forward to returning home again...
