Once a house of fashion and comfort, it has reopened as a
tavern, using its former trappings, mirrors and mannequins
showing off the latest fashion, as decor. The proprietor, an elf
named Theryis, is an agent for the Harpers, and allows the
use of her basement as their headquarters.
The Harpers are currently being run by Briza, a drow
originally from Waterdeep who took over when the last
Harper leader died during the most recent upheaval.
