Queen Birchwood is an extraordinarily young ruler, of only about 25 and still in her childhood. She rose to power when her parents left to fight The Night War. She is advised heavily by members of the Magocracy, who hold the best interests of the Subjects of the The Elven Kingdom in their hearts.
