Delphina is the second child of the Marquess and Marchioness of Rusalka Springs in the Elven Kingdom. From a young age, she's shown mischievous tendencies that have made her a bit of a black sheep. After scaring off a series of governesses, she then attended a series of Boarding Schools where her formal studies were augmented with the informal lessons in gambling, drinking, and fornicating, "taught" by the other scions of noble families. She 'graduated' from Glamour Vale Preparatory School.
Her family's power and wealth have allowed her to avoid severe consequences when she's been caught, but so far her crimes have been the sort of drunken antics that the sons and daughters of privilege seem to always get away with: gambling, lewdness, vandalism, public drunkenness, petty theft, etc.
Delphina was sent to the Harvest Hills by her parents to lay low during her older brother's lengthy engagement period. Dalia, her brother, was recently engaged to the daughter of the Duke and Duchess of Elmspire, a great coup for him and the family, and the Marquess thought it would be best if Delphina didn't make any surprise appearances in the gossip rags before things were finalized.
