A relatively prosperous city in The Elven Kingdom. Considered notable for it's Sky Canals between the Great Elms, and it's proximity to Gaultonnia. At various points in it's history, it has been at war or peace with Gaultonnia. Generally speaking Elmspire has come away worse in these exchanges until the other Elven Cities would step in.
